To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

久違了的金華，有半年時間無黎到，面孔有少少唔同左，唔見左串串咀但又很有趣的侍應（矮版吳鎮宇），每次黎到都必吃呢度的茄牛飯炒底，炒飯很乾爽，藩茄舖天蓋地的豐富，熟度剛剛好，牛肉就有啲韌韌地（唔知咁係咪即係代表無咩點落鬆肉粉呢），再加埋洋蔥，滿滿的藩茄香味加洋蔥香氣，因為係即叫即炒，要等得比較耐少少（大約10-15分鐘），不過好食嘅野，值得等待；再加埋杯檸檬同茶的比例剛好的熱檸檬茶，真是人生一大滿足！
