To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友兩個帶有少少"慕名"的心態來食, 地點唔難搵, 鋪面亦比預期的稍大及整潔.因已打算去食甜品, 所以只叫了豬油渣上海麵+東坡肉及茄蛋牛手攪麵. 豬油渣麵先上, 份量幾夠, 豬油渣及東坡肉都幾多, 試食了一件東坡肉, 入味亦夠淋. 仲有就係上海麵比平時的還要粗些, 好煙韌, 有口感. 到我的茄蛋牛手攪麵上場, 紅紅的湯, 麵上只有零零碎碎的茄蛋牛, 比預期中的失望了. 幸好手攪麵煙un唔淋, 湯亦合我口味, 看看價錢, $10一碗又確實交了功課.可能只是七點左右, 唔太多人, 由坐低到離開都只是半個小時左右的事, 對於我這個不太喜歡"等"的人來說反而不錯呢!
