To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 分三次試過珍珠奶茶、奶蓋四季春、茶底芋圓糖水。三種應該是不同茶底，但三種的茶香都很有韻味，有驚喜。茶底和坊間不同，不是以苦味為主，很清很香，像是自己在家泡的茶的感覺。肯在茶底上用心的茶飲店，讓人很有好感。奶蓋奶香濃郁，質地綿密，相當有質素。珍珠亦煮得剛剛好，不會過軟或過硬。奶茶的奶味也沒有蓋過茶的底味。如果嘗試過的飲品質素很高，會讓人想要繼續嘗試其他種類的飲品。以普通手搖飲品的價格做到這樣的質素，又是良心小店，會一直支持，也會推薦給朋友。

以普通手搖飲品的價格做到這樣的質素，又是良心小店，會一直支持，也會推薦給朋友。
