數年前幫襯過上環嘅「飲茶」,因為體驗麻麻,一直都無再幫襯。最近,約咗細佬妹、老婆食團年飯,所以,打算搵啲特別嘢俾佢哋試,故此,就揀咗旺角朗豪坊嘅「飲茶」,地點較方便到大家,菜式有啲賣點,無咁傳統。餐廳雖然黐住隔離美食廣場,但唔會受影響而好嘈雜。店內空間算得上寬敞,皆因樓底較高,裝潢摩登,走年輕、型格路線。牆上趣怪嘅彩繪,以及周圍都擺放店家招牌點心嘅大毛公仔,都令到環境更添活力。此外,餐具亦喺佢哋別出心裁嘅擺設之一,碗底瓷雕咗一條小魚,襯晌湖水藍嘅餐碗內,甚有栩栩如生嘅感覺。菜式就唔多講喇,拎咗張點菜紙,掃描後貼出嚟,一眼睇晒有咩選擇,查實菜式種類都非常多選擇。順提一提,茶芥每位收$12,另設加一服務費!有過上次經驗,今次醒喇,分開點菜,唔會一次過嗌晒冷盤、點心、菜蔬、主食……等等。另外,時近過年,多咗個「豬頭」撈起,意頭價$388,可4-6位用,不過就無寫供應期去到幾時啫。沙薑蔥雞 $69(散點價)冷盤前菜有「拼盤」組合($119),A組選2客,B組選一客(例牌份量),比散點慳咗$48。B組我哋揀個「沙薑蔥雞」,上次都有點,喺傳統嘅樣,但今次嘅做法唔同晒,喺以雞卷形式做成,就好似日式嘅

冷盤前菜有「拼盤」組合($119),A組選2客,B組選一客(例牌份量),比散點慳咗$48。B組我哋揀個「沙薑蔥雞」,上次都有點,喺傳統嘅樣,但今次嘅做法唔同晒,喺以雞卷形式做成,就好似日式嘅叉燒咁,初時都以為嚟錯,都有問清楚先架。啲雞肉都幾滑,不過,真喺無乜沙薑味,只喺得啲蒜味而已。

皮蛋豆腐 $49(散點價)

呢道菜盡顯刀功,啲豆腐厚薄均一,更排列得工整,食手工都抵啦。中間放咗啲皮蛋碎、蔥花、紅椒粒,淋上胡麻醬,極體味道唔錯,不過,嫌啲皮蛋裁得太細碎,缺少皮蛋應有嘅口感。

本來想點「橙棍冬瓜」,但我哋已經喺7點嚟,都話賣晒,退而求其次揀咗「七彩茄子」。唔知「七彩」意義何在,唔通喺好食到七彩?只屬一道平穩嘅冷盤涼拌茄子而已,食味普通,還好嘅喺茄子嘅軟腍度啱啱好。

睇住流奶 $49

本來打算叫多幾款特色點心,但唔喺賣晒,有啲就喺5:00pm前供應,最後,啱食又有貨嘅就只得招牌嘅「睇住流奶」。個包仍然保持到水準,造型有趣,包身軟熟唔黏牙,流沙奶皇餡夠多夠濃郁,不愧為店中招牌點心。

干媽蘿蔔 $59

睇個名都應該估佢喺「老乾媽」辣醬炒蘿蔔糕,啲蘿蔔糕裁得較大粒,同埋先煎過再炒,既有口感又香口,不過,老老實實,真喺唔點辣,所以,啱我呢啲唔多食得辣嘅人,但食得辣嘅就嫌佢無刺激感啫。

一餐飯點都要搭個菜架嘞,「龍鬚芥蘭」夠霸氣,其實,只不過喺蒜蓉炒芥蘭,但就將芥蘭切成齒狀,有點龍鬚嘅感覺,食味都OK嘅,爽爽哋又唔會一口渣。

個名夠勁,所以,點咗一客嚟試吓咩料,其實喺酥炸搵蝦醬醃成嘅肋排,大大件肋排,令人食得過癮,蝦醬又會令味道份外滋味,不過,小弟都算食得鹹吓,都覺得勁偏鹹

安格牛河 $119

本來晌主餐牌見到有款安格斯牛柳粒炒飯,正確菜名就唔記得喺乜,但店員無晒,反而建議我哋揀點菜紙中嘅「安格牛河」,算啦,細佬話牛河都OK。平心而論,個牛河真喺炒得唔錯,唔算油,而且,啲牛肉軟腍富肉香,不過,賣到百幾蚊卻喺份量唔太多。

甜品一環,一來款式唔多啱細佬妹口味,二來相對唔平,不如過隔離「滿記」食仲划算
。對比起同類嘅餐廳「唐宮小聚」,因為幾個月前先去過,較好比較,覺得「唐」都喺稱心啲,「飲茶」仍有好多不足嘅地方。
