To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同老婆到teawood食晚餐，跟以前食過的茶木感覺煥然不同，裝修簡約清新了，感覺清爽左，就連餐牌也改變了👍🏻。見到隔籬枱有個茶香三文魚茶漬飯賣相幾吸引，我也order先😚，三文魚好厚肉，將湯加入飯後，再加上有三小碟（脆蝦米、木魚花、脆米）口感非常豐富😋，老婆點了台南海鮮之旅-軟殼蟹龍蝦汁手作麵，👍🏻麵吸收晒龍蝦汁，再加上脆口的軟殼蟹，美味😋。再來個小吃炸蝦餅，炸到金黃色，最緊要咬落去，超彈牙🤤。正爆👏🏻👏🏻。黎得茶木，又點可以唔飲水果茶呢，而家水果茶的茶底都有得選擇，我揀了高山金萱烏龍茶，甘甘地有清新感覺，不錯👍🏻。最後要食甜品😎，芒果吉士可頌窩夫，睇樣都知道好食，窩夫仲係脆口的👍🏻，今餐好滿足，而且價錢合理👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
