To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶木都算系本港知名度比較高噶臺式餐廳啦，相信好多識食達人都幫襯過距地。今期行開黃埔，又見茶木，一於去食翻碗臺式牛肉麵啦。裝修一如既往，燈光夠溫馨，位置又闊落，加埋半開放式水吧，妥妥文青風。餐牌價格相當貼地，仲有二人套餐添，性價比超高。紅蔥番薯燜牛腩，牛腩勁冧，咬落去都唔需要咩力，味道濃郁，腩汁配埋白飯，真系夠曬飽肚。美中不足系番薯麻麻地。牛肉麵只需$88，勁大碗。湯頭夠濃，牛肉睇落大舊，但系咬落又唔會韌，牛味鹹香，面都相當有質素，有勁道。距地茶飲都相當唔錯，水果茶飲得出系新鮮水果整噶，茶味清香，唔會好甜，贊。黎得茶木，就肯定唔少得距地招牌，多士磚！每次必點，超大件，賣相滿分。多士外脆內軟，加埋草莓雪糕，真系甜而不膩，勁滿足噶甜品。其他食物都非常唔錯！現整鳳梨酥真系好得！！推介！！！
