To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶木唔洗多介紹，好多人都識。最出名就係果個成左山咁既生果多士甜品，少女們晌IG上打卡都唔少。不過我都係食正餐，甜品無食過。其實除左甜品，飲品都好值得推介。午市飲左杯凍紅豆薏米水，真係有驚喜，味道出色。起初以為咪又係甜甜地既紅豆冰水加多堆薏米，點知原來加左薑蜜，甜度適中帶薑既微辛，同紅豆薏米味道好夾。杯野成件事唔同晒，真係好好好飲。個餐係正常茶木既水準，但我就嫌麵份量太少，而且唔軟熟。醬汁烤sirloin (唔記得個中文）同基本配菜都好食，無失望。相機食先，睇下左邊個碗野，唔講唔知係紅燒牛肉麵，以為係咩鬼台式辣湯 😂😂😂 麵呢？牛肉呢？
