To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶碗蒸真係好好食

今次同阿媽一齊食元氣，因為佢好鍾意食壽司，特別係三文魚，但係今次另外叫咗好多炸物食，其實之前一直都未試過，但係見佢今次價錢唔算好貴，同埋我阿媽好鍾意食炸嘢，所以都叫咗好多炸物食。我真係好鍾意食佢嘅雞軟骨，新鮮出嚟熱辣辣，配埋檸檬汁好好食，另外試咗佢個炸三文魚皮，配上沙律味道唔錯，我阿媽都讚好好食，另外我好鍾意食火炙三文魚壽司。另外元氣做得好出色嘅就係茶碗蒸，之前佢嘅茶碗蒸係冇元貝係中間，依家夾左係中間都係$20一碗真係好抵食。
