To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳位於灣仔，鄰近灣仔地鐵站，路程需要三分鐘左右，地理上十分方便快捷，這間餐廳主打的對象一定是在哪裏工作的人，所以我也十分擔心會不會不容易找到位置，這天十分慶幸一進去就有二人座位，可以和朋友慢慢享受。食物方面，我們挑選的也就是他的茶餐，沙爹牛肉麵，沙爹牛肉分量十足，但最值得讚賞就是他挑選的公仔麵，吃起來面則有點像泰國的杯麵，但味道和口感十分出眾，加上份量十足，不要小看這個大小。另外火腿奄列方面，份量十足，最重要蛋味香濃，香滑美味。
