To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

游完個夜水想話係附近搵下野食。見到門口既牛雜幾香咁就走左入黎。不過都係想食下飯就叫左個沙爹金菇肥牛飯$41。加碟通菜$8同埋凍柚子檸蜜$5。柚子檸蜜柚味幾夠。不過得一片檸檬(不過咁會多少少水飲下)。夠哂冰凍飲落透心涼沙爹金菇肥牛飯就差少少。飯爛牛太肥。不過沙爹汁夠惹味。銀芽都好正好脆卜卜。扳回少少分數。通菜菜好新鮮。腐乳都好正。唯一可以挑剔既係腐乳太多。屬可控制範圍之內。都可以話幾好。
