To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺太子嘅有良心舖頭都真係唔少，好多時茶餐廳比我嘅感覺都係好市井，同我心目中嘅良心可能大纜都扯唔埋上，但依間基隆茶餐廳係非常之有良心，所以我成日都會去買外賣食支持下佢。今次有機會去堂食就試咗佢嘅一個豬膶麵，豬膶麵嘅製作雖然看似簡單，而且用料都好平，但大家都知道啦，越簡單嘅嘢就越難煮得好味，而佢嘅豬膶麵係的確真係好好味。首先講吓佢嘅豬潤啦，新鮮爽口冇騷味，口感非常之唔錯，好好味。公仔麵就正正常常啦，都係茶記嘅公仔麵。令到我覺得有驚喜嘅係佢個湯底，佢用咗薑去煮佢個湯，令到豬膶同埋個湯配搭得更加好味，而且個感覺仲好健康，飲得出唔係味精湯，食完都唔會覺得口渴，非常之唔錯。食完個人仲興興地好暖添🥰呢個價錢食到一間咁好味嘅良心店真係非常之好。佢喺深水埗都好似開咗一間分店，大家得閒就支持下啦。
