To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於西貢碼頭附近呢間和記茶餐廳, 佢哋嘅炸雞髀真係幾好食, 好似食極都仲未厭似的, 今日喺西貢玩完又嚟食埋雞髀先走人。炸雞髀配薯條或沙律連飲品 ($36)炸雞髀 ~ 和記茶餐廳呢隻炸雞髀真係幾鬼好食, 用調味料及黑椒醃得入味, 仲炸得好乾身, 雞皮又香又脆卜卜, 雞肉仍然有肉汁, 幾嫩滑吓, 一啲都唔嚡口。炸薯條 ~ 同梂炸得乾身及香口, 吃完沒有滿口油淋淋的感覺。奶茶 ~ 茶香濃但唔夠滑, 飲完條唎嚡左少少。
