To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友到銅鑼灣行街～ 行到下午茶時段，想食下日本野 經過金百利廣場～ 望一望水牌，見到七樓有間築地壽司店～即管上去望一望餐牌！ 下午茶都幾多選擇，大家可以試一試！行到肚仔餓，所以一次過叫咗三份茶餐其中一份係三文魚飯， 食落口好新鮮！加$10仲有兩件三文魚壽司，好抵呀！ 每份茶餐都有一杯餐飲☕☕☕叉燒烏冬好彈牙其中一份茶餐跟一個熱辣辣的牛角包及一囗炸雞～～ 果然係即場炸丶 脆卜卜好味道整體來說：店舖坐得舒服丶職員有禮丶 雖然茶餐份量不是太大～ 令到飽肚好滿足呢
