To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

身為會員，每個月一次的八折日當然要去一去食壽司啦，問題只是每次會員日都整天排隊，為免排長龍，今天在正午12:00前到達。吃了元氣二十多年，價錢沒甚加過，但質素就越來越好，飯粒新鮮不硬不實。日式海鮮燉蛋- 非常非常滑，是滑到用膠匙羹有點難度的地步，如果不是吃套餐也值得單點來吃。炸蝦卷- 香口惹味，比例剛剛好。赤海蝦蟹膏艦- 蝦肉彈牙，蟹膏味道非常濃，味道上有驚喜。辣味三文魚膏艦- 辣味惹味，彈牙更上一層樓。三文魚壽司、吞拿魚壽司- 平價食材也夠口感、軟滑、少少甘甜。玉子壽司- 最普通的一款，沒特別。八爪魚壽司- 又是非常彈牙甘甜。
