To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排天氣太熱,熱到連入廚房煮嘢食嘅意欲都無,每次入廚房開爐簡直覺得好似開咗個桑拿房一樣,咁情況下記選擇同媽媽出街食飯。今次嚟咗金記點咗三樣,包括:- 豉汁蒸䱽魚- 客家沙薑雞- 鐵板西冷扒豉汁蒸䱽魚同鐵板西冷扒都係套餐,有飯有湯,但晚上唔食碳水化合物就走咗飯/薯條。客家沙薑雞嘅雞嘅肉質鮮嫩,沙薑味濃郁!豉汁蒸䱽魚蒸到剛剛熟,肉質嫩滑,豉汁個香味連我唔食魚都覺得好香。鐵板西冷扒個份量大到應該都有16oz咁大,但個價錢都係收$108,如果喺扒房食,呢塊扒個價錢起碼x4呢餐大滿足,飽到行咗去又一城行街消化吓。
