To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去牛頭角附近處理完事務，諗住到附近茶餐廳簡簡單單食晚飯，點知入內才知道有火鍋放題......見天氣凍凍地，價錢又OK，就點了火鍋放題......猶豫點「牛腩煲」，還是「雞煲」之際，店員推介雞煲配蕃茄湯，這款特別口味......蕃茄湯雞煲，材料頗多，蕃茄味很濃，雞很滑。除了雞煲，仲可以點紙上的食物，這些是任食的這碟肥牛，每兩位送一碟，如果瘦一點會更好！我們還點了一些丸、雲吞及菜，再食了很多雞，已經很飽了！店員極力推介這些蕃茄湯，自家煲，真材實料，味道濃郁，平時午餐、晚餐都大賣的。飲落又真係好好味，再配火鍋料作醬汁也好味。平時食雞煲，沒有飲那些湯的，但今次我們飲了很多碗蕃茄湯呢 ^_<就連每人送兩杯飲品，每人只飲了一杯！
