To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然成日經過荃灣,但呢間喺荃灣廣場附近既越南菜就真係第一次食~鋪面唔算大,小店形式,但勝在多款式又幾大碗,都幾抵食👍🏻.撈檬個人認為撈檬做得幾出色,配料多麵底多,最特別係蟹膏撈檬,蟹膏包住哂每條檬粉好重蟹味🦀但又唔會太咸,估唔到咁夾🙂.越式法包麵包烘過好香脆,內層夾住扎肉、酸蘿蔔絲、芫茜等等,個餡超豐富仲好juicy,夾埋塊包食完全唔會乾真真👍🏻食完一個已經想encore🤘🏻.米紙蝦卷前後叫左兩碟😂最加分係個秘製花生醬,入面有花生粒、炸蒜片,聞落都香~同米紙一濃一淡,食一啖就想點一下醬🌯.越式拼盤有雞翼、春卷、扎肉 、炸蝦卷,所有都炸得唔厚粉,而且好入味,最鍾意係佢個扎肉同蝦卷!🥰

個人認為撈檬做得幾出色,配料多麵底多,最特別係蟹膏撈檬,蟹膏包住哂每條檬粉好重蟹味🦀但又唔會太咸,估唔到咁夾🙂
