To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食過好味嘅越南野喺荃灣嘅呢間小越廚門面雖然唔太起眼,但食物水準非常高👍🏻試咗越式法包,味道簡直拍得住越南街頭車仔檔啲法包,如果有埋越南果啲惹味嘅醬汁就perfect!同行友人試咗越式三寶(香茅豬扒、扎肉、越式炸米紙春卷)湯檬,豬扒入味同夠淋,札肉係豬耳札肉,正宗兼好味,炸米紙春卷都冇得彈😋最後飲埋佢嘅牛油果沙冰,好香甜,但如果牛油果味再多啲會更好整體黎講,其實呢間餐廳CP值都高,鍾意食越南野嘅朋友一定要黎試下!

同行友人試咗越式三寶(香茅豬扒、扎肉、越式炸米紙春卷)湯檬,豬扒入味同夠淋,札肉係豬耳札肉,正宗兼好味,炸米紙春卷都冇得彈😋
