To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 荃湾亨和街有间越菜馆,老板是一对年轻夫妻,他们煮的越菜每一道出品都超级好味,春卷又脆又香,比其他越菜馆的春卷要好食好多,雞翼每一口咬下去都是蒜香四溢,超好食,仲有他家的扎肉爽口弹牙又有少少花椒的麻香味,食多多都唔会觉得腻,海南鸡飯里的雞好滑嫩,粒粒米饭都好清爽,原来系用八角炒香再上碟,所以米飯有一種好特别的香味,泰式凤爪酸酸辣辣爽口又开胃。今晚点的菜品通通都好好味吖,光盘行动,呵呵😜小越厨的主食肉分量搭配都好足料,價錢真系好实惠(人均HK100可以食到撑),最主要系好食吖。食飯期间见到好多一对对的帅哥美女(情侣)都系呢度食飯哦,人氣爆棚!
