今日去咗荃灣一間好精緻和有質數嘅火鍋店「大滾友」😎，食物款式好多選擇，而且有特別和獨家嘅款，所以介紹俾大家。🔹️花膠雞湯鍋(半隻)雞湯好鮮甜，花膠好厚身，配埋半隻雞，真係好滋補🥰🔹️伊比利亞橡果豬🐖首先賣相已經係無得頂，乾冰效果好有仙氣💖，伊比利亞橡果豬係極高質嘅豬，入口啖啖脂香🔹️大滾友牛肉拼盤(細)🐄呢個拼盤好豐富，可以試到七款牛肉，其中頂級安格斯牛小排真係好正，另外，牛頸脊好嫰滑和重牛味，肉質幾好。🔹️手打鵝肝墨汁墨魚丸🐙呢款手打丸內有驚喜，墨汁墨魚丸入面包咗粒鵝肝，第一次見！🔹️ 大滾友雜菜拼盤🥬🍅🌽🔹️新鮮飽魚🔹️竹蔗茅根🔹️火焰焦糖豆腐花👍呢款都係必叫之選，店員會在豆腐花上加上糖和酒精來燒，變咗火焰焦糖豆腐花！豆腐花本身都好香滑，融合咗酒香好特別呀。
