夜晚落開荃灣,放左工落左三陂坊,成條街「三陂坊」都係潮州野大排檔打冷,但成日聽人提起呢間餐廳「心夜來潮」就入去試試先。裝潢以舊式中國客棧為主題,桌椅都以木製家具為主,簡簡單單頗舒適的。🍶餐牌都唔少選擇,睇到我都唔知點選擇好,最後點選了:「潮汕砂鍋粥$180」、「秘製墨魚脯豬手煲$98」、「饅頭都有得炒$68」、「菜茶$52」、「可樂$12」、「津露烏龍茶$18」。🐷🐙🍽🍜🍲🍹「潮汕砂鍋粥」叫左個細份量試試,原來叫法係要按材料收順既,我地叫左1份細膏蟹$120/隻、1份蟶子$60/3隻。等左一陣,見到好大煲,原來細煲既份量係足夠4人進食啦,啲粥食落好棉身,口感唔錯,仲好有蟹膏既味道。🦀🍲「秘製墨魚脯豬手煲」賣相好鮮豔,有紅椒、青椒、黃椒等,再以墨魚豬手炆煮成,份量好充足,每件既豬手及墨魚件都炆至很軟身,南乳醬令到豬手很入味,墨魚既配搭好新鮮,整煲都唔會覺得太鹹,味道岩岩好。🐷🐾🐙🍲「饅頭都有得炒」第一次食炒既饅頭,感覺好特別,食落好似烘乾左既多士,香脆可口。其實係將原隻小饅頭切半,再加入魚乾仔(有微辣)炒至乾身脆口,金黃色既賣相,唔錯的小食。🍞「菜茶$52」呢道好潮洲既菜式,用左米通、臘
