To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前去元氣壽司感覺好一般, 近幾年元氣加入咗呢個高速線吸引小朋友，但我個大朋友都想去試下，所以前一兩個月去過荃灣，覺得食物質素改善了很多，非常滿意。今次再嚟元朗這一間新舖，再感受一下佢嘅高速列車服務，同時再享受一下佢嘅新鮮壽司嘅味道，睇下係咪間間元氣壽司都提升咗質素先? 槍魷魚係我嘅至愛，覺得佢滑嘟嘟，入口又啜啜哋咁，少少薑溶係上面已得嘢味，唔洗落wasabi都正，係另一種辣!辛辣長鰭吞拿魚: 鍾意這個辣醬同埋沙律醬混合埋嘅味道，再配落吞拿魚到，好滋味!左口魚裙邊: 清淡得嚟又有魚味，同時質感比較特別。脆蒜油金魚: 估唔到呢個咁中式嘅脆蒜可以擺落油甘魚上面，份外嘢味!
