To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

荃灣人氣餐廳 高度還原越南美味的良心小店

這家位於荃灣悅來酒店附近的餐廳，主打多種越南菜色，蟹膏檬粉、越式法包更是餐廳的人氣菜色，得到不少網友的大力推薦！餐廳環境也算寬闊，大約有55個座位，即使我在下午茶時間到餐廳也有不少客人在用餐。這次我選擇了「雞絲湯河」（$60），店員剛送上桌便已經被份量嚇一跳，河粉份量很多，我相信食量比較大的人也能夠吃飽。湯底很鮮甜，有多種香料的味道，而且九層塔的味道濃郁，雞肉味道同樣香濃，而且口感嫩滑，與鮮甜的湯底和河粉一起吃十分美味，難怪能夠得到這麼多網友的喜愛！朋友則點了「蝦肉卷河粉」（$60），味道同樣美味。如果喜歡越南菜的話，這家餐廳我非常推薦！
