之前幫襯過他們觀塘分店,整體相當有質素。今日行過,原來荃灣新店剛剛開張。作為荃灣人,一於 ENCORE! Dinner Set (For 2) $458南瓜忌廉湯南瓜味道非常香甜、濃厚。配合脆法包同食,一流!芝士焗蕃茄莎莎大啡菇基本上芝士焗 Portobello 係相當普通嘅菜式。但呢度加上蕃茄莎莎同焗,甜甜酸酸的味道,加上半溶芝士和大啡菇本身的質感,令味道層次更豐富。松露蟲草花雜菌米形粉配63度溫泉蛋忌廉汁相當 Creamy, 混合溫泉蛋蛋汁,非常香濃。米形粉口感煙韌,食落有點似意大利飯。慢煮穀飼黑毛安格斯肉眼扒配香煎鴨肝高質素牛扒,無需要任何調味,只需要配上一點點岩鹽就足夠。Medium 做到剛剛好。肉味、油香皆充足,相對西冷牛扒比較軟諗。用 Chargrill 代替 Panfry, 非常出色!桂花蘋果反烤搭配海鹽焦糖汁、雲呢拿雪糕酸酸的蘋果、濃厚的海鹽焦糖汁配雲呢拿雪糕,會有唔好食嘅理由嗎?
