To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日式鐵板雞軟骨餃子 $48可以揀炸或煎 我地今次揀左煎～ 煎得好香脆😙非常香口 餃子裏面有切碎左既雞軟骨 所以香脆既餃子皮配雞軟骨碎口感係好豐富😍初見香草吉列牛 $128（轉烏冬+$8）牛肉本身都備淋身 無咩筋 所以都幾好👍🏻 不過唔係好食得出香草既味道🤔 如果每塊都大啲 塊牛短身啲 口感會更加好！安格斯牛肉鍋 $88（轉烏冬+$8）呢個鍋睇個價錢覺得幾抵食， 食完就覺得佢係呢個價😂 全因個鍋大部份都係娃娃菜🥲 都建議大家轉烏冬因為份量都幾大份 😆 牛肉方面就正常 唔會韌 肥瘦適中～轉餐 +$35轉左套餐有刺身小碟同麵豉湯～ 刺身都ok既😙 龍鳳可樂 $12意外地幾好飲🥰 係咸檸同新鮮檸檬配可樂 我幾鍾意 咸甜咸甜既味道❤️
