這晚路過這相信是荃灣剩下來唯一的客家菜館,再不吃,恐怕很快就沒了。我雖然也是荃灣街坊,也有十年沒在這裏吃過飯了,餐牌雖有點土,但起碼是新的,廚房卻十年人事「沒」番新,唉 ...先來個最經典的客家菜,“梅菜扣肉”,一看豬皮部份就知夠軟糯夠粉嫩,不過瘦肉部份卻有點柴,梅菜還好,合格。這個最失敗,“百花炸大腸”,蝦膠麵粉太多,不夠彈牙,一般。“東江豆腐煲”,豆腐釀了少許豬肉,增加了點兒香味,挽回點分。水準一般,可惜。
