To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友生日聚會一行10多人慶祝生日，估唔到一間唔起眼的小館有驚喜，我們訂位俾左一間VIP房我們，食得好暢快。 薯仔牛柳粒，薯仔外脆內軟，帶蜜糖嘅甜，真好味😋醉乳鴿又是另一推介，微酒香皮又脆，真係唔多地方可以食到，另見好多枱客人都點咗滷水鵝肝拼盤，我們又想試吓，果然無失望，鵝肝入口溶化加酒香，值得試👍🏻另我們點左送酒小食美極雞軟骨、台式柯仔，都食到我們一班朋友已經話要約定下次再來荃灣食得喜暢飲暢食
