今晚約咗舊同事嚟食晚餐,試咗佢個季節限定二人餐。✨頭盤:泰至尊拼盤:香烤豬頸肉肉質非常鮮嫩彈牙;泰式炸蝦餅香脆可口,點甜酸醬好開胃;而肉串就揀咗豬肉串,點埋個少少辣嘅醬汁真係好好味。拼盤仲有青瓜,同生菜伴碟,我同朋友都清晒成碟。✨椰子香茅奶油蜆湯:配料十足,有菇、蝦、蕃茄仔,芫荽等等,最特別係佢個椰子味同香茅味好突出。✨主菜:古法蛋黃咖喱軟殼蟹:賣相真係好靚,軟殼蟹大大隻,成碟都鋪滿蛋黃咖喱醬,個醬好濃稠,一啲都唔辣,反而好有蛋黃嘅香,用埋印度油酥煎餅點個咖喱醬真係一流👍🏼又係成碟俾我清到乾乾淨淨。✨泰國街頭烤麵包🇹🇭大推👍🏼👍🏼唔似普通嘅餐包,焗得鬆軟,有朱古力醬、斑斕醬同榴槤醬,個人最鍾意係榴槤醬,香氣四溢。✨芒果糯米飯雪糕:份量少少地,當飯後甜品啱啱好🍨✨青檸梳打:食完炸嘢同熱氣嘢,飲番杯青檸梳打真係透心涼🍹
