To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收工約咗朋友去荃灣行下IKEA，行完就梗係要補充體力，見到附近有間個名好有意思既餐廳-初見我地就二話不說入去，一坐底見到個餐牌人生若只如初見，再睇下有咩食先，餐牌價錢好親民🍲凍凍地叫咗個鍋物，安格斯牛肉鍋(味噌湯)，本身跟餐係配白飯，但想食烏冬，就轉咗讚岐烏冬，一上枱好似好豐富安格斯牛肉數量都唔少，仲要係高質既牛肉，好有牛味，鍋入面仲有野菜同埋本菇添另外，仲叫咗幾樣小食北海道炸南瓜餅🎃炸得好香脆，南瓜蓉亦都好香甜和風章魚燒大大粒，一食係外脆內軟個隻，連埋汁食好滿足泡菜三文魚太卷嘩，呢個係有驚喜，三文魚好新鮮連埋泡菜一齊食，好夾好好味，推介呢間餐廳真係性價比好高，我同朋友都話再黎過，或者去試下旺角既新分店
