To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

海壩街算是一條老街今日經過見到一間裝修清新的「初見」環境走文青風，淡雅的色調木色為主，配以ceiling 的樹枝及草牆，滿滿的大自然感覺樓底高，環境十分舒服.午餐由$58起，包熱飲，十分抵食。.A1. 初見壽司拼盆配味噌湯（$88）Very colourful, attractive 有7件壽司，無指定有什麼，應該是omakase (當天有什麼新鮮就出什麼）另有玉子及卷子今日的卷子是海膽，十分鮮美！蝦及帶子都是jumbo size，超大的其他魚類都是厚切的，新鮮.A6. 日式咖哩炸吉列豬扒配白飯、味噌湯（$68）賣相很精緻炸得剛剛好，外皮很脆豬扒炸得不用太乾，留有肉汁沾上咖哩食更是滋味.味噌湯我覺得個碗好文青，湯好飲但已不是重點 lol.日式飲品原裝入口的日本飲品蘋果、葡萄味都很好飲$24一枝也是值的.店員也是年青人，不難想像為什麼走文青風加油努力這家間真做得不錯
