上潮州菜館通常係食打冷,今次搞搞新意思,試下啲鍋物。首先叫左個粉絲雜菜煲,全家人都愛吃煲菜,暖暖一鍋搞定,簡單又美味!粉絲能吸收各種鮮味,不管是搭配海鮮還是蔬菜,都特別入味。跟住叫左個薑蔥魚雲煲,魚雲其實是魚鰓的兩邊,帶白色半透明膠狀,能吃的魚肉不多,但口感比魚身嫩滑,懂吃魚雲的人,必定是愛吃魚之人。加上爆香薑及蔥,入魚雲煎至金黃色。薑蔥的香,配上魚雲的嫩,令人胃口大開。最後叫左明記海鮮石頭鍋飯。一鍋飯有齊多款海鮮,每款都好新鮮鮮甜,石鍋令到飯有焦香,帶有鍋巴的酥脆口感,令口感更加豐富
