To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

烧鹅好正宗，一口下去，皮又脆又香，鹅汁爆浆在唇齿之间，而鹅肉的香味弥漫在口腔里久久不去。哇！确实好吃！甘正宗又好吃的烧鹅。怪不得店名叫“味苑烧鹅”，真系名副其实哈。米饭里亦夹带着烧鹅汁，令到本来普普通通的米饭都香气满溢，不怎么爱吃米饭的我居然把满满的一大碗飯给扒了个精光。双拼飯里豉油雞滑滑嫩嫩，雞味很濃 。蛮好吃的，彰显了鸡的滑嫩香。饮品杏仁霜一样的好喝，系性价比高，因为呢间茶餐厅的收费大衆化。飯後仲送左老火靓汤，感觉好温暖哦，有家的感觉。想食烧鹅时，我一定会再过来。
