To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係荃薈商場換完身分證🪪，準備同友人食午餐，係網上搜尋🔍到呢間位於德士古道的越南菜「越翠苑」，網上好評如潮，決意一戰。蟹膏檬粉：熱辣辣呈上，湯頭有點偏咸，但整體味道飲落舒服，豆卜吸曬湯頭精華，仲有完個鮮蕃茄，越南扎肉口感偏實，仲有豬紅吾會一夾即散，而且重點有蟹膏蛋煎得好香，蛋香濃郁，好味。魚露雞翼撈：天氣咁熱，食撈檬解暑，雞翼好滑，魚露配埋蘿蔔絲一齊食好開胃，仲有大量花生🥜碎，芫茜蔥。牛油果🥑沙冰：牛油果🥑味突出，加入牛奶🥛令整體飲落順滑，沙冰感吾突出，沒有顆粒感，反而似牛油果奶昔。蝦肉卷：姐係蝦餅，蝦膠夠爽彈，外層煎至金黃，配埋泰式辣醬增添風味。總結：荃灣癮世越南菜網沒有精美裝潢但有精緻美食
