To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

滷水大併盆（$218）超大堆頭兼且份量不少，鵝肝、海蜇、粉腸、金錢肚、豬脷、豬耳、鵝掌、豬腩片，款款味道都不錯，附上大量花生墊底。梅菜扣肉（$108）三層肉肥瘦分明，醬汁濃厚，但梅菜冇咩味。魚香茄子煲（$98）夠哂鑊氣，茄子走油煮得啱啱好，唔會太淋身，咸魚肉碎味濃。啫啫通菜煲（$108）又係超夠鑊氣，上枱超香，通菜份量多，肉碎咸香，味道濃郁。揚州炒飯（$68）有鑊氣，亦夠香味，但飯粒稍稍唔夠乾身。海味什菜煲（$98）大量不同蔬菜，加埋蝦乾、冬瓜、木耳、魷魚，份量多。鍋貼小棠菜（$118）比較失色的一道菜，炸粉雖然脆但甩頭甩髻，裡面糊口，墨魚膠唔彈牙。酥炸桶蠔（$218）前排係三聖食台山蠔唔過癮，酥炸都係食番美國桶蠔好食。隻隻都勁大隻，咬開蠔肉仲好juicy，外脆內軟，好味道。砵仔焗魚腸（$108）最後一度上嘅菜，焗得超靚，夠乾身，面層脆身，裡面冇出水。魚腸完全冇甘苦味，蛋味香。正。藍妹大啤（$36）汽水（$12）。飲飽食醉，吹水吹到十點幾，大滿足。PS：只收現金。

夠哂鑊氣，茄子走油煮得啱啱好，唔會太淋身，咸魚肉碎味濃。

又係超夠鑊氣，上枱超香，通菜份量多，肉碎咸香，味道濃郁。

有鑊氣，亦夠香味，但飯粒稍稍唔夠乾身。
