To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天早上同朋友入了海洋公園玩，下午出了旺角吃，在旺角行了一會，朋友想行一行大型些百貨公司，我們由旺角搭小巴出了荃灣，直出荃灣千色百貨行，行了一會，行到差不多晚上六時左右，我們相議去那兒吃晚飯，决定了綠楊坊的元氣壽司，坐下我們點了大螺片壽司，三文魚三點盛，炙燒帆立貝，三文魚腩，燒珍寶皇帝蟹柳，蔥油鳗魚，黑松露吉列蠔，炙燒煙鴨胸，燒辛三文魚腩，元氣卷，甜蝦，帆立貝配柑橘汁等等，塊螺片真得大塊同爽滑脆口，蟹柳真的長同特別厚身，鳗魚身很有蔥香味，吉列蠔大粒，炸得脆又不失鮮甜，其他一樣鮮甜同清新
