荃灣另一間被推崇的米線,每日lunch time都會滿座。據聞老闆每天3AM煲魚湯-以打造招牌魚湯米線-蜑家魚湯。惟我始終覺得奶白色的魚湯有點淡,同事說幾年前,魚湯是濃一點的,更重奶白色。必點的配料是-手打墨魚餅!!好足料,煎得香口!同事和我都好鐘意食! 這店霸氣之處是可以點全條魚,原條上!不過lunch又總不會叫接近70元吧~如果想吃得清淡,健康一點這家是荃灣不二之選~!但我較重口味,通常也會走前一點,在同一條街吃麻辣刀削面呢:P
