我自己一向都好怕啲羊羶味,但呢個羊柳一啲都唔羶,烹調時間亦都控制得剛剛好,可以保持到羊柳既肉質鮮嫩,羊味亦恰到好處,旁邊仲有啲炸過嘅羽衣甘藍,食落好似紫菜,好得意!
