榮獲連續5年嘅麵鮮醬油房周月,近日係銅鑼灣開左新分店。周月專程引入左日本製麵機入店,每日新鮮做麵,不含化學調味及防腐劑。周六下午兩點,依然坐無虛席。Menu 內有幅得意圖教大家如何正確甘食沾麵。日本波子汽水 $25/樽。炸雞 $38/3件炸雞大大件,外皮炸得非常脆,咬落好juicy!配上秘製酸酸甜甜醬油嘅味道,不錯。味玉香辣沾麵 (100g)$115辣湯偏鹹,重口味,相對無甘適合當湯飲。辣湯內有荀、角切豚肉、芽菜。麵質粗身彈牙,湯偏鹹辣。燒黑豚沾麵 300g $105份量可選100-300g,濃汁或淡汁。燒黑豚有三片,湯汁另有角切豚肉。。湯汁非常香濃魚介味,帶點酸酸嘅鹹香味。食完麵後可叫店員加雞湯入魚介湯當湯飲用,非常滋味滿足。湯底雖然濃郁,偏重口味。但食完一d 都唔口渴,果然不含任何味精、化學調味料。
