週六晩和家人慶祝生日,因壽星鍾愛中菜,所以餐廳選擇皆以酒家或中餐館為主。當然,一圍圍傳統的圍菜實在太悶,筆者早對私房菜有所偏好。在網上云云選擇中,最後挑選了地點方便,網評頗佳的慶有餘用膳。餐廳有部分菜式需提早預訂才能安排,尤以海鮮類為甚。為方便雙方安排,餐廳預早 Whatsapp 了餐牌供點菜,當晚人齊已很快上菜。以中菜館來說餐廳地方不算很大,但裝潢總算光猛整潔,座處亦見闊落舒適。在入口的右手邊牆身,掛了數張獎狀,似乎提供的美食也有一定水準。前菜小吃點了一碟鮑汁鳳爪,鳳爪炆得入味腍身,鮑汁調味亦佳。湯品選擇搖擺於花膠杏汁白肺湯及八寶冬瓜盅兩者之間,最後挑選了前者。湯頭呈自然的奶白色,足料,杏香味足。選用的花膠不會太薄,見質感,但膠質不算豐盈。白肺洗得乾淨嫩口,菜膽亦見腍身,整體評分令人滿意。肉類菜式有兩款,士多啤梨焗去骨腩排賣相鮮紅奪目,腩排口感甚為鬆軟腍身,加上無骨,食用方便。有點可惜的是士多啤梨汁只能掛於腩排表面,未夠入味。另一肉類菜式意大利蛋炒牛頸脊,不論雞蛋或是牛頸脊皆炒得嫩口汁豐,混入點點松子更有點睛之效。唯一挑剔之處是部分牛頸脊確是生了少許,帶微微腥味。慶有餘太爺雞是餐廳推

切餅費正價每人二十元,雖最後只收了一半,仍然覺得收費可再下調甚至免收。另外,晚市代客泊車要$80,同樣覺得有空間下調一點。
