星期六晚臨急上網搵晚餐地方,打去即時話有位,即刻行快兩步,要在預定時間到達,地方比較偏僻,但都唔難搵。6:45去到已經差不多滿坐,就本身期望唔大,入到去啲侍應不斷介紹菜式,侍應服務一流,介紹咗啲餸唔叫都冇黑面。先叫左杏汁豬肺湯,入口飲到好香杏汁味,估唔到咁好飲。侍應問我地食唔食聖子皇,$65一隻,就跟佢推介叫左4隻,黎到啲粉絲勁多,又多炸蒜,聖子又唔會蒸得過火,讚見2018米之蓮推介-千絲芝士球、金勾銀柳及冰梅欖豉骨就叫埋這三款冰梅欖豉骨,少少酸酸甜甜,又帶點咸,骨又煮得好淋,真係必食千絲芝士球,面層啲炸面同出面食開得唔一樣,比較柔細,好脆口,若蝦球再大粒啲會更好,比啲沙律醬配襯下更好金勾粉絲個名好特別,原來是粉絲加左啲炸魚肚再加埋啲XO醬去炒,都好野味以上所有菜式一落單就好快上菜,而且仲好有鑊氣,下次要再去試埋其他菜式
