同朋友去完蘭桂坊Happy Hour之後走到隔壁的雲咸街找食,得知樓上餐廳總會找到驚喜,便隨便走上餐廳用膳餐廳燈光浪漫,由於是平日去,在角落的小舞台當天沒有表演,要看的便要等到週五店員先送上自家製麵包配橄欖油飲品點了一杯名為大懶堂,橙汁,菠蘿汁及紅莓汁,還有自家製甘菊糖水,再配上一顆顆洋甘菊乾花Slow-cooked Iberico pork,慢煮黑毛豬,黑毛豬已經切開碎上,入口有驚喜,有一股酒香慢慢滲出,是黑毛豬被酒浸過再煮好特別,面層的醬汁與黑毛豬很配,肉質外脆香內軟腍,連伴碟的南瓜蓉,同樣美味滿分餐店的意粉部可選半份或全份,Lumachine carbonara,有別於平時吃的carbonara,麵底用了外形像蝸牛,通心粉形狀的,口感有彈性,攪拌後海膽,蛋黃及通粉全部融為一體,非常creamy濕潤,還有混入一小粒的黑椒煙肉腸,肉腸味道濃,很好吃,不過會有點溜
