估唔到荃灣bar都可以有高水準的食物,特此寫翻偏食評讚揚下先「布袋芝士頭盤」都係第一次試布袋芝士,同我對芝士嘅認知唔同,佢一啲都唔重芝士味,反而係較smooth的cream味,配上火箭菜,同沾滿黑醋嘅蕃茄仔,非常匹配,連抗拒火箭菜嘅我都覺得易入口左第2個starter 「香煎三文魚配芒果莎莎」又一新奇菜色,三文魚煎至六七成熟,皮煎至脆身,本身淡鮮味嘅三文魚配搭酸酸甜甜嘅芒果,意外地開胃「松露什菌意大利飯」粒粒飯都勁大粒,入晒味,有2-3類菇,黑松露味香且不膩「紙包香茅焗鱸魚」廚師好貼心咁湯走晒魚內臟,放入嘅香料都係泰國特色的戈陣味,肉質鮮甜焗得岩岩好,份量夠3-4人食,若嫌唔夠味仲可以點泰式辣汁,不過真係偏辣,點少少就好啦~

廚師好貼心咁湯走晒魚內臟,放入嘅香料都係泰國特色的戈陣味,肉質鮮甜焗得岩岩好,份量夠3-4人食,若嫌唔夠味仲可以點泰式辣汁,不過真係偏辣,點少少就好啦~
