Restaurant: Délifrance (香港紗廠工業大廈)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨晚和男朋友放工來食Delifrance,好耐無食過啦 記得它的下午茶四色baguette 多士好正。今晚我地叫左個二人set,有兩個主菜,餐湯或沙律同兩杯飲品。包特飲所以我地叫了兩杯芒果熱情果疏打,幾好飲,夠甜我喜歡。餐湯男朋友飲的是番茄湯。應該一般啦。我要的沙律有番茄,菜同提子乾落了胡麻醬,ok的。有提子乾有少少口感。主菜方面我就選了菠菜雞肉螺絲粉。螺絲粉比想像中好食,索左忌廉白汁好creamy,雞扒好大塊,仲加左核桃碎,好焦脆!男朋友要的是Carbonara,應該都不過不失!最後跟個甜品蝴蝶酥,好食。
