To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

菠蘿包唔掂

行山前o黎食個早午餐。我同老豆都係食咸牛肉三文治餐，麵包軟熟，只係料的咸牛肉好少。我再叫個菠蘿包，好唔掂，似隔夜的，皮諗、包身又硬，浪費我今個星期的quota。媽媽同老公都係叫快餐，佢o地異口同聲話估唔到味道都唔差。最值得一讚係奶茶，味道香濃，沒有苦澀味，是傳統的港式奶茶。p.s.見到隔離食豬扒飯，兩大塊豬扒又大又厚，好吸引，下次有機會再o黎試下。
