To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

做日本餐, 先講日本嘢。作為唔食刺身嘅食客, 嗌左個咖哩吉列豬扒飯, 假日收費80蚊到, 淨飯。點知嚟到, 豬扒又實又乾, 嗰皮又唔夠鬆, 個人覺得起碼呢啲基本嘢都要做好先叫對得住D食材同「日本餐」三隻字囉 (雖然D食材都唔係靚)之後嗌咗個帶子燴飯, 明明日本餐都未做好, 又要做fusion。帶子冇味, risotto 要用高湯慢火燴, 又冇咁嘅心機, 出嚟水還水, 米還米, 仲差過食粥。啲菇又做錯哂, 唔炒就落飯一陣草青味, 仲一陣酸味, 直頭難食。Service 一般, 坐低想揾杯水都冇初次見, 亦都係唯一一次見
