這是我吃過最豪華的便當!升了五百多點,心情極佳,心情差時,要找點吃的,心情好時,更要找點吃的,男人的浪漫,不一定要吃豆腐火腩飯,吃個便當也可!餐廳在老家的後街,愛其隱蔽,無車馬喧,午市有好幾款便當,當中最吸引我的是這個三層的水木便當,有齊煎炸,魚生,飯等,而沙律,前菜,茶碗蒸,味噌湯,甜品也包在內。先來的雜菜沙律,清新爽脆,微酸的醬汁,令食慾倍增;前菜是一碟醃的小魚,鹹香惹味;而杯子盛著的茶碗蒸,是蒸水蛋,很軟滑,有銀杏,雞肉和松茸在內,製作認真;味噌湯,不太濃烈,合我口味。很期待的主菜來了!用一個很華麗的倒轉金字塔器皿盛著,富觀賞價值,共有三層,最上層擺放了數款刺身,用了一只很骨子的瓷器盛著,油甘魚,紋理清晰,肥美油潤,肉質帶爽,甘甜的味道最吸引;元貝和甜蝦很新鮮,肉質輕爽有彈性,連墊底的海草也吃掉,沒有浪費。同在這一層,也擺放了天婦羅,有炸蝦,茄子,南瓜和冬菇,薄薄的炸漿,輕盈鬆脆,尤其炸南瓜,香甜粉糯,誠是上品。帶著像尋寶般的心情去看等二層,原來是燒鯖魚,以一只藍色繪花鍍金邊瓷碟盛著,將外皮燒至金黃色的鯖魚襯托得更美,鯖魚燒得很香口,肉質仍帶濕潤,入口甜美。最底層是魚生飯,顏色悅
