好耐冇烚下烚下，呢日同朋友去咗大滾友打邊爐，餐廳裝潢走新潮宮廷風，播放着輕快嘅香港流行音樂，好有氣氛！湯底必選花膠雞鍋，有半隻同一隻選擇。我哋揀咗半隻，好足料！雞肉肉質結實，花膠足足有兩大塊，充滿骨膠原，非常滋潤！牛肉拼盤(細)牛肉拼盤一上枱就煙霧彌漫，超級打卡！細拼盤都有七個部位，款式好多樣化！最特別係有牛黃喉，口感又爽又彈，肉質細緻。手切牛頸脊脂肪分布平均，肉味濃郁。雪花肥牛都入口細膩。手打鵝肝墨汁墨魚丸手打丸口感彈牙，加咗軟滑嘅鵝肝，口感豐富。伊比利亞橡果豬一打開蓋又會噴煙，賣相一流！豬肉脂肪分布平均，口感嫩滑，又不失肉味，推薦！大滾友雜菜拼盤年紀大咗，打邊爐一定要食啲菜！呢個雜菜拼盤款式好多，份量足，雜菜都好新鮮！澳洲帶子帶子新鮮柔軟，厚切都令到吃起來更有口感！火焰焦糖豆腐花估唔到打邊爐都有打卡甜品食！呢度嘅火焰焦糖豆腐花都係招牌，豆腐花以木桶上，店員即席倒上酒精，視覺效果十足！
