閨蜜生日飯,提議去 香江花月 朝聖,前一陣子經常睇到好多 KOL同網紅 去打卡,已經好想去,藉口慶祝生日開心一下。門面充滿時空交錯的感覺,好似Team Lab波波密室幻彩燈影,打卡專區。裝潢華麗,靚到不得了,環境寬敞,梳化位坐得舒服,充滿上海灘懷舊氣息,會忍唔住四周圍打卡。一放工就過嚟荃灣廣場~香江花月~打邊爐,出名用料高質,擺盤精美。花月豪庭 $128坐低後首先調節一下美好心情,點了餐廳人氣特飲,味道清新怡人,賣相靚到好似個花園咁,打卡able 是必須的。先吃了中間的棉花糖,然後食新鮮的生果,哈密瓜、藍莓、奇異果。再飲一啖藍莓🫐蘋果牛奶,口感幼滑。香芳幻 $88顏色夢幻,味道充滿奶香,果香味再加乳酸香味,菠蘿汁、紅桑莓、酸奶沖調而成,飲落酸酸甜甜。雲南野菌乳鴿鍋 $348湯底我哋揀咗好有營養價值的雲南野菌乳鴿鍋,滾了又滾,湯頭味濃,滋味而且健康,我哋一人飲咗兩碗靚湯。店員幫我哋剪開乳鴿,肉質充滿甜味,材料十足,雲南各款野菌吸晒湯汁精華,好有彈性。太極兩儀 $428賣相滿分!絕對係相機食先。打邊爐又點少得牛肉呢?太極生兩儀,紅酒浸安格斯牛、黑松露牛乳浸梅花豬肉片,簡直係視覺同味覺嘅享
