To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過位於沙田嘅喜慶酒樓，覺得水準唔錯，今日約了朋友到科學園那邊，所以決定同朋友一齊試下科學園嘅喜慶酒樓！去到門口已經感覺良好，有一種華麗嘅感覺，唔錯！唔錯！我哋一同四人，叫了好幾度菜式，原本諗住叫三四度菜，最後叫了六道菜，因為價錢實在太合理，所以全部都想試試😅上湯焗加州大龍蝦伊麵外表平凡，不過當食落嘅時候未到先前帶出伊麵同龍蝦嘅味道，龍蝦好鮮味好新鮮，所以值得一試！推介！推介！星加坡胡椒蟹必食之選，雖然蟹唔算太多，但都唔少肉，胡椒好香口，呢度啱啱好🤗第三道菜象拔蚌仔，象拔蚌不算大條，但非常新鮮，好爽口，口感一流👍🏻琥珀合桃炒蝦仁原本覺得好普通，但食落合桃實在停不到口，香甜酥脆，蝦仁彈牙爽脆！正😋北京片皮鴨扁皮鴨非常香口，青瓜條ge清新感中和扁皮鴨嘅肥膩加埋一齊係絕配😆最後我哋叫了一個杏汁燉白肺，平時唔鐘意杏汁嘅我，今日簡直令我另眼相開，杏汁好香豬肺亦都洗得好乾淨好好味，大家可以試試😉
