To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

繼續管理層「去遠啲傾秘密」系列。由九龍灣千里迢迢揸車去到又一城，行吓行吓去左千両。其他主管點了三色便當、壽喜燒定食。店員特別提我地，壽喜燒係即制，要等20分鐘。而我就點了「萬両」壽司定食。共10件壽司、一份沙律、一碗味增湯。等了又等，壽喜燒定食結果先上！三色便當也到了，我啲壽司結果最後先到：壽司保持高水準。較出色的係蒲燒鰻魚、炸蝦卷、火灸三文魚。$108，物有所值。不知道是否因為疫情，檯與檯之間隔得蠻開，坐得好舒服。
